Important: Contact Us Before Disputing a Charge
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us directly before disputing a charge with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a dispute (also known as a chargeback) before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in additional complications for both parties. We are here to help and can often resolve issues faster than going through your financial institution.
Note on Your Statement: Charges from our store will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "TisTee". If you do not recognize a charge, please check your email for order confirmations before contacting your bank.
1. Print-on-Demand Products
Our products are custom-made and printed on demand, which means each item is uniquely created specifically for your order. Because of the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

You ordered the wrong size

You ordered the wrong color

You changed your mind about the purchase

The product does not meet your personal expectations (when it matches the product description)
We strongly encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color options before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Eligible Issues for Replacement or Refund
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that has any of the following issues, you may be eligible for a free replacement or a full refund:

Damaged Product: The item arrived damaged during shipping

Defective Product: The item has a manufacturing defect

Print Error: The printed design is incorrect, misprinted, or of poor quality

Wrong Item Received: You received a different product than what you ordered
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To request a replacement or refund for an eligible issue, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@tistee.com or through our Contact Us page.
Step 2: Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Step 3: Include clear photographs showing the problem. For print issues, please include a photo of the entire product as well as close-up photos of the defect.
Step 4: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with a resolution.
Important: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery. We are unable to accept claims filed after this timeframe.
4. No Return of Physical Product Required
In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged or defective product to us. Once your claim is approved based on the photographic evidence provided, we will process your replacement or refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method only. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after we process the refund. However, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the credit to your account. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, please:

Contact us with your order number, and we can provide a refund reference number to help your bank locate the transaction
In rare cases, refunds may fail if your card has expired, been canceled, or if there is an issue with your bank. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
6. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the following applies:

Incorrect Address Provided by Customer: If the package is returned due to an address error on your part, we may offer a reshipment for an additional shipping fee or a partial refund (product cost only, excluding original shipping charges).

Lost Package (Correct Address): If the tracking shows the package was lost in transit and the shipping address was correct, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and may offer a free replacement or refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Production Tolerances
Please be aware that minor variations are inherent in the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects:

Print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inches from the preview image

Garment sizing may vary by up to 1 inch from the size guide measurements

Slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor displays and printing processes

A faint scent on new direct-to-garment (DTG) printed items is normal and will dissipate after the first wash
8. Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at orders@tistee.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the item has not yet entered production, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any issues with your order directly and promptly. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have not received your order, please contact us first before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays in resolving your issue and may be considered a violation of this policy if the dispute is found to be unwarranted. We maintain records of all transactions, communications, and shipping information, which we will provide to financial institutions when responding to disputes.
